25-12-2007 New website, new song, new images

As a little xmas present we recorded a new song for you. The new song is called "Soldiers of reality". Special thanks to Andy for having a very good time in his studio, to Dirk and DPmusic for Mastering, to Suvelis and aNNi ART for the great pictures and finally to all Soulsliders out there for believing in us!!!

We wish you a nice x-mas and a happy new year!!!


21-10-2007 Studio date fix

We'll record one of the new songs at P.I.L.Studios. This decision was not very hard 'cause Andy (Engineer) knows our style and functioning from the "Dreamshade" recordings. Alltogether we are looking forward to a good record of that song and a nice and funny time.

Beside that songwriting we worked out the old songs with our new voice to prepare for first liveshows at the beginning of 2008.


07-10-2007 New singer

We are really happy cause we've got a new face in Souslide.

Her name is Cynthia and she will fill the vocaljob from now on. Cynthia cames from Luxemborg. She has got a huge background due her vocal studies and live activities in the range of pop, rock, opera and musical. We already had some rehearsals and it fits just perfectly together. At the moment we make plans for some recordings with her new voice.

To bring the powerful production-sound, including the intros to the stage, Messiah's Kiss engaged SOULSLIDE keyboarder Simone Dyllong as “very special guest” for the Magic Circle Festival 2007.


12-05-2007 Soulslide

At the end of 2006 Sandra and we decided to strike new paths. Due to the fact that our hometowns are far away from each other it was kinda impossible to rehears because we aren't millionaires. So we are glad that Sandra found a great band nearby her home. We will miss her lots but its better this way. We wish u all the best for your new career in Elis. Rock on little sister!!

At the moment we are searching for a new singer. We already got some interesting demos so far but don't hesitate if you like to send us some stuff too. webmaster@soulslide.net

Another problem in the last month was to find a permanent drummer. Fortunately former drummer and founder member Lars decided to abandon his ineffective band journeys. There were a lot of unsaid words in the past and we had to talk about that. After hours of talking, drinking, understanding what happened why it happened etc. it was quite plain that it will work again. Lars and we are very lucky that he returned to Soulslide!!!

Last week we entered new rooms and rehearse hard at the moment.

There is a lot of new material and we have begun with some pre-recordings for the next album.
